Hinterland was founded in 2024 by a group of veterans united by two unique passions: regenerating our nation’s lands and providing community and purpose for veterans. Through countless brainstorming sessions and calls, we developed a shared vision: to restore our lands while serving our fellow veterans.

From these conversations, the Hinterland Institute was born—a model dedicated to giving back to both our veterans and our land. We look forward to the opportunity to partner with you on this meaningful journey.
