The program is tailored to meet the specific needs of SkillBridge participants, offering a 90-180 day immersive experience focused on mastering the art and science of ranching, regenerative practices, and related skills. We invite you to join us on this exciting journey of growth and discovery, where you will gain the tools and knowledge to shape a successful future in the ranching industry.

Training Program Components
Operation Familiarization
Introduction to ranch, layout, and key infrastructure.
Formal Regenerative Agriculture Training
Soil health education, environmental impacts, profitability, healthy soil healthy food, etc...
Fencing, Water, Movement Setup/Tear Down Training
Fence construction and deconstruction, water system setup and maintenance and livestock movement methods.
Solar Electricity and Pasture Mapping
Basic solar power systems setup & deconstruction
UTV Setup and Operation
Hands-on training with UTVs for farm use and transport
Pasture Planning & Cattle Management
Planning pasture management, monitoring soil health, and livestock management. Mapping moves & identifying considerations
Cattle Observation
& Metrics
Collecting and recording data on cattle performance and pasture health
Stockmanship & Supplement Management
Training on managing livestock care, behavior, and supplements.
Formal Assessment
Formal assessments will include regular feedback loops through weekly check-ins, peer evaluations, and self-reflections to track progress.
Certification
A Hinterland certification will be given.
